does anybody know where i find the 3d part of the A Trembling Heart Conclussion?

The magazines appear every few days/story beats. If your 'radar' doesn't show you any, it hasn't spawned yet.

I'm also having trouble with this quest but for the mirage section of it. I can only find 2/3 of the pieces. The 3rd one just doesn't spawn in.
