So even if it says it's enabled in the game menu, that's a bug... unless nVIDIA made changes that I missed... :shrug:
Starfield has now implemented this officially and the difference is huge on a 3080.
That’s the same bug.
FrameGen is nVIDIA 40-series exclusive and not supported for AMD cards or their Upscaler.
That’s precisely why AMD has been working on getting their own version out these past months.

For this game, they have not yet made a registry to enable frame generation.
