Hello everyone,
We couldn't be more excited to introduce the latest Patch 1.1 for The Thaumaturge which, among other things, adds one of the most requested features - a full Polish dubbing!
To maintain the Slavic flavor of The Thaumaturge's narrative, Polish voice actors recorded the English dialogues, and the same actors have reprised their roles for the Polish dub of the game. With writing taking full advantage of the realities of the Warsaw setting, using the period vocabulary and expressions that are no longer in today’s everyday speech, The Thaumaturge with Polish voice-over gives its players an even more immersive and true-to-life experience.

Overall Stability and Steam Deck improvements:

• Added an option to tweak Community Density which should reduce CPU load;
  
• Added Screen Resolution Percentage option for ability to further tweak graphics options;
  
• Added an option to tweak Volumetric Clouds to improve performance;
  
• (Steam Deck) Major optimization changes to achieve stable performance on Steam Deck;
  
• (Steam Deck) Reduced number of community to improve performance in problematic areas;
  
• More improvements to overall stability that should reduce instances of random crashes.

• Fixed the issue where The Price of Friendship quest could remain active despite being completed which could have led to black screen if Player interacted with Voronin again;
  
• Fixed the issue where player could see out of boundaries when defeating enemies during All our Curses main quest;
  
• Fixed the issue with redundant copy of quest NPC remaining after completing Veiled with Holiness side quest beforehand;

- FSR3 plugin has been updated to newer version that introduces stability improvements, reduces crashes and makes the game play smoother;
- Fixed the issue where reloading some saves during combat scenes could lead to crashes;
- Fixed the issue where framerate could drop significantly when interacting with view points;
- More improvements to overall stability that should reduce instances of random crashes.

- Fixed an extremely rare issue where Player could lose the ability to interact with and/or do anything when in gameplay;
- Fixed the issue where “Thaumaturge” achievement could not be unlocked if the last achievement before it was of quantitative nature (do X action Y amount of time);
- Fixed the issue where confirmation window after changing game resolution could not be dismissed with keyboard and/or controller;
- Fixed the issue where collecting a clue near a door, could lead to said door becoming inactive while playing on a controller;
- Fixed the issue where D-Pad Up and Down buttons became inactive when the game was paused while the in-game “shout” was playing;

- Fixed the issue where acquiring pass from Voronin after the manipulation on the guard at the railway station was unlocked enabled the player to talk with the guard for the second time and eventually lead to a black screen during Private Instruction side quest;
- Fixed the issue where Children of Satan quest could persist through point of no return part of the game;
- Fixed the issue with the final ritual fight where certain debuff effect did not take effect until changing active salutor;
- Fixed a black screen after talking to Ligia about Wiktor's decision if the player leaves the house beforehand during A Fourth for the Bridge quest.
