Mastermind(s) behind app (spoiler warning)

So, who do you think is or are the mastermind(s) behind the Fetish Locator app? I just finished week 2 for the first time and for some reason i've got the feeling that Stacy is at least involved in it. I only think this for two reasons though:

1. She is one of the most perverted characters in the game (although Kevin and Chloe come pretty close).
2. According to the pool talk at the end of week 2, she seems very good with programming.

For some reason I've got the feeling she (co-)created this app to have an "easier" way to have sex with the mc/her brother.

What do you think? Could I be correct, are there more than 1 creators, or could it be someone we haven't scene yet in the story, like at least 1 of the 3 girls teased in the post-credits scenes?

Who would want the MC's pecker out of commission? If you happen to be on Min's path; that someone would Antony. He stormed out at the end of the main event of Min's 2nd party (week 2) and he was pissed.

Of course, if you are not in Min's path; he does not have a motive.

It has been suggested by another person in another thread that the MC's voyeur girlfriend Lydia is behind it. Does she want the MC's pecker placed in "time out"? This motive would exist regardless of whose path the player is in.

Bottom Line: I think the punishment for failing the 20 people challenge is a big clue. It sounds personal.
Two motives that I can think of:
1) Someone wants the MC to lose his pecker. Literally? or Just in some sort of "time out".
2) Someone wants the MC to skip out on the punishment causing his photos to be exposed causing his breakup with Lydia. Strike this one - whoever is behind FL could expose MC whenever if they wanted to.

True, but he also isn't into golden showers, so why should he put it in as one of the challenges?

I think the 3 unknown girls are a teaser for an upcoming new project of the developer.

And as Stacy is avoidable as sexual interest it seems that it shouldn't be her. And don't forget the fact that the app appears as the MC wasn't around. So there may be someone behind that who aren't in the little friendship circle of the MC by default. Maybe someone from the university and not from the college?

Stacy is indeed avoidable as sexual interest, but if I'm not mistaken she will still have a crush on you if you ignore her. I can't remember though how long ago before the start of week 1 the locator was created, if it was even mentioned at all.

Pete could still be involved. We don't know why Hanna suspected Pete to begin with. We don't know where or who she got the list of passwords from. Maybe her sister? She said she cloned Pete's phone and said Pete's phone had access to all FL photos uploaded by the MC and everyone else. I don't see where having only the MC's photos on his laptop proves anything and I also don't see where getting him into the retention program proves anything either.

Not sure why Karen is a character in this story; she is not really needed for MC and AmRose to have hung out and became friends. Maybe she is involved. Maybe Pete is/was the hometown boyfriend she went back to.

Lydia is indeed also a good choice now that I think about it. We see throughout both weeks that watching MC having sex with other girls and hearing about his stories are both a massive turn-on for her. Since she also isn't ready to have sex with MC until the end of week 2 watching pictures (and maybe videos, can't remember if the users can upload those) the users upload to the app are a good alternative.

The target of having sex with 20 women in a few days would also be a good way for her to get enough stories to masturbate to as backup.

The ony thing I'm not sure about is if she is really the mastermind on her own, or does she has help? Outside of being a good singer, she doesn't seem too smart in my opinion. I think she would have gotten help programming the app. The big question then is though, is it someone we know, or did she hire a random person on the interwebs?

Agreed, Lydia doesn't seem to possess the knowledge which means she could be the head but someone else is the programmer. Perhaps that's where Karen comes in. We know very little about her other than that she was mc's girlfriend before all of this.

Another Pete clue - Pete shows up at just the perfect moment out of the blue to put the smack down on Samiya's angry client.

Samiya messages the MC to meet her at her place in a few hours.
MC (I guess she means her sex apartment, rather than her dorm room)

MC, "So ... Pete? How...?"
Pete, "Samiya messaged me. Told me to come get the luggage."
MC, "She did?" Why?
Samiya, [looks down at the floor - give a short burst of nervous laughter] "I don't f**king know. I just did."
MC, "I... Well... Alright. Thank f**k you were here. He caught us both off guard.
Pete, "What are friends for if not to beat up desperate former husbands with anger issues?

Later, Pete made the comment to Samiya, "You don't live here?"

This seems a tad off to me. I don't think she messaged Pete. Why would she? I think she was just covering for Pete, for some reason. If she and Pete where both involved in FL; I would expect Pete to know she lived in a dorm.

I think Pete could still be a main player. Samiya may be involved a little or indirectly somehow but not a main player. For some reason she felt compelled to cover for Pete, like she knows he is involved.

For me at least AmRose is suspicious. How did she get the money to live in a house by herself (as she was living with Karen in the dormhouse before?) Lydia and Min are living in her parents houses - so that's why they have these villa type mansions. But AmRose? Living all alone? And how did she get all the Fetish Locator points? In week one she hadn't enough to allegedly be safe for the week. And now she has enough to buy tickets for her, you and even Stacy? And she have some gold stars as well?

And for the final challenge she is signed up to help the MC by the app itself?

And to get rid of Lydia wouldn't it be the best plan to get the MC sleeping with reallly everyone possible? I mean AmRose didn't know untill friday that Lydia did not mind at all, so it could be for her a good plan.

Something else to consider is that Samiya's "sex apartment" is in a gated community with armed guards that ran Pete off at gun point the first time he came there to talk to Samiya about the luggage. Pete was pissed at Samiya for causing him to miss the events and fun and sun at the beach and for basically sicking the guards on him when she told guards over the phone that she did not know him. And, basically said he was never going back there again for fear of being shot.

How did Pete get past the gate and armed guards this second time?

I'm gonna agree with katzenjogi; that Samiya's "sex apartment" in not in a gated / guarded community.

That is not quite right @The Dude. The story Pete told was meeting Samiya at a house of wealthy client who lives in guarded community. The shabby "maison d'amour" of Samiya doesn't lay in that community.

I'm now playing the route with the least amount of s.e.x. and in that route AmRose is very shady which makes her even more a suspect of being (one of) the masterminds behind the app. In that route you won't have enough points for the first party and she just transfers 30 points to MC. When he asks about it, she is ashamed of how she got the points and she indicates it isn't from her webcam shows.
