This game is set in the 50's and what they did is put the cars in place by cable or gravity under the mine hopper and then loaded the coal in. Once full mounted it with handbrake and drove it into it's growing fleet of hoppers waiting to be collected by mine turn train engine.
I dont mind load in motion or parking, the only quibble I have is the strike plates (Base ball home plate) is directly under the rolling stock wheels and not one inch longer requiring precision spotting to get all four wheels on it.
I just got the signals going which is a pretty decoration at the moment. and will be opening up that bryson bridge towards Robinson Mine soon.
We choose to go and model a different direction. A common method of operation at mines built on grades. Maybe at some point we could look at doing it, but it isn't in the current near term plans.
Ok, well what about at that new grain silo then? I see you figured out how to model water and coal flowing into the tenders of steam engines so I'm sure the other can properly be done also?
Thanks for the explanation.
