Mods requiring RailLoader 1.9 & Strange Customs 1.9

Some updated mods on nexus mods requires versions of RailLoader and Strange Customs Version 1.9 which I can't find. I find the older versions but not 1.9 Anyone know where I can find them?

Discord link you provided requires a login and an account. I tried in the past to use discord. It is not very user friendly.

I keep seeing people post this discord link over and over, but when I open it it doesn't lead to anything. It just opens my discord to a blank page with no text or channel.

It should lead to the Railroader Discord channel and a post for an Experimental version of mods.
