Captive Services

Ok so If someone could break down for me Which Locations are Captive Services that would be appreciated I know the Saw Mill but I have not had a save make it past Bryson Yet so are the mines Captive Services or do the cars for them appear in the Interchange? I was reading a guide about paper mills and a tannery in Sylva and Andrews is that all of the Captives or is there others?

Captive Service have only the Saw Mill at Whittier, Papperboard at Andrews and Sylva
every other Industrys have ther Cars from the Interchance

The Tannery at Sylva also requires pulpwood, which is captive.
