Like how many freight cars loaded or empty at the various businesses and industries at given tier so tier one, two, three, four and five on the Sylvia Expansion being the things I'm asking here about?.
IIRC the costs are 2000 to 3000 $ and you don't need to deliver anything, but it's been a while.
For dealing with the increased traffic at and around Sylva, I'd say you need one additional mainline engine (I used a C-46 Consolidation at first and then a GP9), an additional shunter for Sylva (I used a S-23 at first but quickly upgraded to a SW1) and ten pulpwood cars.
Keep in mind that Sylva doesn't have engine services so if you use a steam engine with a small tender as a shunter at Sylva, you'll have to run it back and forth to Dillsboro for water and coal A LOT. That's why Sylva got my very first diesel engine. The SW1's tank is enough for several days, even if you use it to handle some local freight around Dillsboro and Wilmot.
In the Milestones window only shows the Sylvia Expansion and the other bits like Dillsboro engine services and yard milestones are not showing what it cost till I buy the Sylvia Expansion and not wanting to be blind going into that at all!.
As for rolling stock, Honestly, you should start with 20 pulpwood cars(40 total is preferred if not required at Tier 5) and be able to comfortably be able to pull 20 of them loaded. If you can't then Sylva, while doable, is going to be a major pain in the ass for a bit till you reach that capability. Remember everything will now spawn down at Sylva, so everything east of Sylva can and will spawn there.
