Whittier Coal Conveyor - PLEASE HELP

I have a coal car centered above the empty coal conveyor. The chute is open and the coal will not drop. Why? I am using a 107T USRA 70t 3-Bay Hopper. I cannot get this to unload the coal and I'm all out at this location.

You might have forgotten to set the coal hopper to it's location. If so Ctrl click on the hopper and click the operations tab and set empties to your interchange and loads to Whittier coal loader and see if this fixes the issue.

The Whittier coal conveyor takes coal from the pit underneath the short unloading track. The bunker only holds 2 tonnes of coal. When you are loading a locomotive on the main track, the conveyor will take coal from the pit and the hopper will replace the coal. You cannot dump all the hopper coal into the pit.

THANK YOU! I didn't realize I had to set the Operations to Load to East Whittier Coal Loader. It's working now. Thank you because I was scratching my head like I'm missing something.

No problem man. Just remember that certain cars like your coal hopper's, fuel tanker's, and skeleton log cars all behave this way where you must set empties and loads before they will work. Definitely use this info to start getting logs early on and bring them to the saw mill for easy 2k per load. (Also, if you do that last part, you don't get paid for logs you bring to the saw mill until the interchange is serviced for the day)

You get paid for the previous day's log deliveries at 30 minutes past midnight, when you also pay pay for any shed workers you may have (you should always have 1 because you get a decent reputation bonus for just $15 per day) and for the AI engineers you may have used.
