Yeah, a crap load of higher tiers and well...your day is shot running more cars than you can handle!! I run 12 cars at the mill. It is enough IMO.

R1: Fits 12 Logs
T1: 8/day
T2: 11/day
T3: 15/day
T4: 21/day
T5: 30/day
As for difficulty, at Tier 3 you can accomplish it with effectively two runs a day, 1 up to L2 and another up to L3. Tier 4 you can do pretty easily grabbing the ones from L1 when you grab L3. Tier 5 I use 12 from Walker lower in the mix.
I did tier 4 using only L1 and L2 two runs a day. Now at tier 5, I've added L3 - two runs a day. No need for Walker, although I may do some logging there just for variety.
