Higher Tiers?

Is Tier 3 the highest contracts or is there higher tiers? Also if there are what is the requirement for getting them?

5 is the max tier. To get tier 5 you need high reputation and you have to serve the industries for a few days before you can up tier it to the next tier.

Ive been running a high rep for a few days now (110%) and its still Tier 3. It's still saying my max tier is 3.

Update: I just checked and its Tier 4 now on some industries.

Your "max tier" is the highest tier you can start new contracts. This ties in directly with your reputation. A higher reputation will let you start out at higher tiers (max is tier 3)
To get a contract to tier 4 and 5, you need to serve the industry you whish to upgrade, for several days. After completely serving the industry for 1 day (supply it with all cars offered and remove all cars when it requested to do so) you will get the option to upgrade one tier.
After serving two or more days, you can increase the tier by more than one level.

just to complete. If you cant serve industries demands you can be down"tiered" with a penalty. Your hardware should be able to cope with resource demands on logs and pulpwood.
There is also an initial interchange service to fill up industries storage in the beginning with higher demands on shunting space requirements.

At max rep you can start up to Tier 3. Once started regardless of the level, you can upgrade the tier of the contract by 1 after 3 days. You may need a certain percentage of service each day, but I've thankfully only been at 100% each day so can't tell you.
