The only employees that we have in game are for the repair shops, unless there is something you are seeing somewhere that makes you think otherwise?
Co-players are shown in the employees tab of the company Screen.
I feel it does nothing, nor do you pay any wages for said crew(s). I have 2 crews and I notice no benefits, no NPC figures in the locomotives, or any additional options. It may be a multiplayer feature, to assign people to various tasks that need to be conducted?
Oh no. It is an organizational tool for MP play... You also can use it for SP play to organize equipment and make switch lists.
That would make the game much more micro managy, but Ill put your idea on the pile.
