Awful stuttering on macOS

Hi,

on macOS, the simulator stutters terribly. I get 150 FPS with my settings, but every couple of seconds the game kind of stops and stutters. I'm using an eGpu (AMD Radeon RX 5700) an a Mac Mini. When I boot the system into Windows using Bootcamp, the game runs without any problems on the same hardware. Something in the mac implementation is not ok.
