Thanks a lot for reporting this, it could be related to 2x animation speed and framerate. If you happen to find the exact cause/way to replicate this, or any other helpful details please share. 🙏

Got some good news: I think I've finally managed to replicate the bug 🥳
The cause appears to be 2x animation speed and killing the enemy with the guard status effect. Hopefully it won't take much time to fix this, thanks a lot again for reporting this.
