Thhe steam overlay is Massive

When I booted the game, I got around a single frame a second and the resolution was for a TV and not a computer monitor. So I changed it, but the steam overlay is still huge. Anything I can do to change this?

For me, changing from borderless to fullscreen and returning to borderless fix this for the session.

This also started happening to me only after Soot's mission. I don't know a permanent fix to this.
