NPC Mouth Glitches

Okay, am I the only one seeing a polygon glitch in the mouth of nearly every NPC?

It looks like they have giant gaps in their teeth because a single polygon vertex hangs down from the upper lip, creating a dark vertical triangle. It's extremely distracting; basically every conversation ends up looking ridiculous and it's killing my immersion.

I've tried verifying the game files and everything checks out.

im getting this too. oddly setting view distance to far seems to get rid of it for me for some reason
