Out of video memory on 4080 Super (works fine on 2080 Ti)

The game refuses to start on my new PC with a 4080 Super, but it runs fine (not great performance) on my old PC with a 2080 Ti.

I also went through the guide for Gigabyte motherboard, but it's complete nonsense.

The PC is perfectly stable (even during the stress tests recommended in the troubleshooting guide), and the "fix" doesn't do anything (besides making the PC slower), Unreal Engine still crashes.
