Spike in a haystack - No prompt to talk to Pickles

I'm currently experiencing a progress-stopping bug.
After meeting with the Old man, I went to investigate the terrorist's apartment.
After that quest was complete, my main objective was to talk to Pickles in front of the movie theatre. When I approach him, I get no prompt to talk to him. It does say "Area of investigation" when I am directly beside him though.
I've tried loading an earlier save but the same issue occurs.
Anyone else have this problem?

I'm on PS5, and couldn't find another place to submit bug reports.

Edit: resolved by restarting the chapter and focusing only only main objectives. If this affects anyone in the future, just focus on the main story until you get the objective to move on from the area. You can then play the remaining side missions.

Same problem and also on PS5. How can I restart chapter? Need to find exact save file or how? If similar problem appears next time along the play Im done with this game and waiting for proper patches, cause game is pretty bugged and unpolished in many ways.

Go in to the load menu and find the most recent named save.
I guess it should be named Spike in a haystack, but I don't remember. As long as you haven't overwritten a bunch of saves it should still be there for you.
