[TEXTURE BUG] Persistent Texture Loading Issues in Game Despite High-End PC Setup!

I'm experiencing a texture loading issue where textures take more than a second to fully load in every direction I look.

Take the ice cream fridge, for example.

Initially, all textures are extremely blurry, but they "stream" until reaching full resolution. BUT - If I move about 10 meters away and then return to the same ice cream fridge, the textures become blurry again and need to reload again, just like they did initially. My system details are:

GPU: ASUS Strix LC 4090 OC Edition
CPU: Intel 13900K
RAM: G.Skill 8000 DDR5
NVMe SSD: Samsung Pro 980 2TB
Motherboard: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS 690 EXTREME

The game looks stunning on my 3860 x 1600 Alienware AW 3821 DW HDR monitor. I'm running it at max settings in a 5760x2400 resolution (2.25x DL in the Nvidia driver) with DLSS "quality". However, despite trying various settings and combinations, the texture issue remains unresolved.

Additionally, I tried to resolve the issue by enabling the console (refer to NEXUSMODS for Console Enabler and Fly Cam) and experimenting with various console commands in the console or in the engine.ini file, but nothing has proven effective so far.

This game is truly impressive. I recently rewatched all the Robocop movies (I recommend only the first one; the sequels 2 and 3 are a piece of crap:). I also watched the crowdfunded "Robodoc" documentary on Amazon Prime. I'm really eager to play this game, especially with its fantastic 5.1 surround sound and overall quality. However, it seems I'll have to wait for a fix to this texture loading problem.

P.S. Here's how to access the Engine.ini file:

Make sure to run the game at least once.
Press the Win key + R.
Type %localappdata% in the run window.
Go to Robocop\saved\config\windows and open the engine.ini file with any text editor.

Add this at the end of the engine.ini file:

[SystemSettings]
-r.Lumen.Reflections.Temporal=0

This console command mitigates the noise in Lumen reflections, particularly when using DLSS!!!

Many of us are experiencing this issue, there's posts on steam and I and others have left bug reports on the developers discord.

It's definitely an issue with the game as it even effects the console versions, especially xbox.

I too have tried custom configs and commands and I haven't had any luck either.

Sadly we are going to have to wait for a patch.
