Game crashed, now it won't launch

I was playing the game, and having a great time, I just finished clearing out the Arcade in the mission "The Search of Soot". I managed to talk the owner down and into surrendering.

However, when I exited the arcade, the game crashed. No error messages or anything, just straight up black screen, then desktop.

When I tried to relaunch the game, I am now getting a Microsoft C++ Runtime error. This is very strange, it says this is required for the game to launch, but I do already have that installed. Also, the game was working fine, it's only saying this after the crash.

System Specs:
GPU: RTX 4090
CPU: 12th Gen i9-12900K
OS: Windows 11
Game is installed onto an SSD.

Hi, I had the exact same issue further in the game and it cannot be reloaded because of teh same error

I uninstalled, and then reinstalled the game, and that seemed to fix the issue.

Hopefully that can fix it for you as well :)
