Can't Call Samantha Ortiz

Got the the 2nd time I am supposed to call Samantha Ortiz. You have the indicator leading to the phone, but when you get there you can't use it. So further progress is impossible.

same here. I got to the part to drop the box off at Ronny's but went into the court house first. When i came out I was told to call Samantha again but can't. I didnt even drop off the box but it thinks I did so idk. I emailed the support so hopefully its fixed soon

Same here. I was progressing through her quest, then got sidetracked with the cat quest. When I when back to call Samantha Ortiz I can't pick up the phone.
