Low FPS during custscenes
During gameplay i have a solid 60 FPS, but with cutscenes i get 30 at best, usually 20-21 FPS.

Any thoughts?

My Specs:

MSI GP76 Leopard
i7-10870H+HM470
16 GB RAM
RTX 3070 M 8 GB
1TB NVMe PCIe SSD

During the demo, with all the stutter thing back then, it was the contrary... low FPS during gameplay and very solid during cutscenes.
