Mouse Sensitivity Changed mid mission

As soon as I talked to the char mechanic (looking for the mayors daughters car), and he took me into the back room. The mouse sensitivity changed (WAYYYY lower).

Setting the value in the options to higher did not fix (albeit, it helped).

Restarting the game, everything worked like normal.
