Massive loss of FPS in the Quarry

I'm currently doing the mission in the Quarry/Street Vultures territory. After finding Officer Briggs' body and leaving the freezer room, my FPS dropped to around 10-15 after the cutscene introducing the Sniper enemy had played.

Yep, same here. I don't have a high end PC but can run the game with high settings in 1080p and 55 to 60 FPS.

Then the FPS dropped down to 15 once the snipers appeared and didn't go up again. Had to reload at the meeting with the other officers to get back to 60 FPS.

im on the same map and im getting 20fps where it was 70 before. WTF

I was getting 100+ FPS consistently. Leave the Freezer area my frames drop down to 30

Yes, there are some areas in the game that for some reason drop the FPS. I encountered 3 or 4 areas like that during my gameplay.

Tried to put all graphic options on LOW, no effect
Nad my 3080 RTX is only 20% use at this moment, instead 70-80%
Its a game bug

Same. I have my FPS halved when leaving the building, just after snipers introduction. My numbers include AFMF, but 160~, going down to 60~.

I had huge stuttering in the Election Night Riots mission using GeForce NOW Ultimate, restarting the game fixed it.

It happens on PS5 too, just restart the game at the meeting with the police with the ed209, and thenframerate normalizes.

Almost same. except it was fine at the sniper introduction.
It got bad when I got to somewhere around the train carts.

After sniper enemy intro, shoot the crane above the first snippers that drops the rocks to kill the 2 snipers.

Don't ask why, but for me it prevents the FPS drop.
