stuck in apartment for the discount dealer mission

I get in the apartment, scan everything I can, but when I get the shoe prints, an follow it, it leads to a door, I can't open it, no options, the only mission is to follow those shoe prints, I can't exit the building either, so I am LITERALLY stuck in that apartment with my only other option to restart the whole game, unless there are multiple saves I'm not aware of, because Ive restarted checkpoint already, and it still does it...

nevermind, I had to move to the left side of the door, and look slightly up for some reason to BARELY see the enter roof option...
annnnd doing so crashed the game...
