Is the demo gone?
I cant find the demo anywhere? Did they pull it, or do I have to pre-order to get the demo?

They just pulled it. Demo crashed for me while playing and replacing the play button was a purchase one.

So much for "until October 16th 9 pm MESZ".

Unacceptable.
First making demos available only for a limited time slot and then pulling it even before the actual window has closed.
People have a life besides gaming.

Yeah I just spent a few hours installing it, only for it to be unusable once I finished. Can't say I'm impressed.

just to jump on the wagon. Some of us have dreadful internet. Wasted time and bandwidth I could have used for literally anything else. :(

No. Simply for it not being my responsibility to find workarounds to play a demo for a multiple times delayed product.
Uninstalled immediately with defo NO preordering (which I don't do anyway).

Great. Installed, come to play and its been yanked. Oh well, since there is no demo anymore I'll just licence failure it from the wish list and move onto something else. Potential sale lost and it looked good too. :(

Just tried that thanks, but it runs at around 1 FPS and crashes with a 'fatal error' dialogue box. Maybe there was a good reason why it was pulled :shrug:

It was always a timed demo for Next Fest. After they updated it, I was getting around 8Ofps on a rtx3060ti

They updated it to to fix the problems, and then pulled it from the store before people could see if the update worked. Brilliant!
