It does not. Those timed demos that Steam release during specific events like this one, goes away for good once it's offline.
It's completely different from bought games that get delisted later.
You won't be able to play this demo once Next Fest is over even if you downloaded it and played it previously.
Unless the devs decide to release the demo again out of the Next Fest.
No, it is not a clear cuit case like that. It's totally up to the devs on a case by case basis. Some demos will indeed stop working with the end of next fests, other may be available for another week or so while still others will stay up until the release of the game and even beyond.
Also, lot's of demos can be played even if the steam page says it cannot, by simply going to the file folder and starting it from there (not every demo though).
So there is a decent chance this demo will stay longer, but only the devs/publishers know.
