settings on high
and FPS was in the 30s
I changed to:
DLSS: Quality,
Nvidia sharpness: 1
settings on epic
because I wanted to see what the game looked like that way, and I kid you not I gained 20-30 FPS. It's still stuttery all over the place, but much better, and the settings are much higher/nicer looking.
Doesn't make sense if everything's working properly - it should obviously much be worse, so I guess changing/toggling things from the default must have fixed bad config or worked around a bug
