PSA: Low Framerate? Try TSR

The game's recommended settings (High) got me 30 FPS. Lowering them looked awful, FSR looked awful, TSR and lowering the resolution scale (70% in my case) got me to 60 without major visual sacrifices.

Cutscenes still have some depth of field/jaggie jank to them but I have yet to figure out any way to improve that.

I don't know what all the fuss is about, I use FSR 2.2 on Quality and it Vsyncs to 60 at 4K maxed settings perfectly for me. HOWEVER, I am on a 7900XTX...

I'm pretty sensitive to the shimmering effect FSR causes, and it was especially noticeable on the street surfaces. One thing to bear in mind is FSR looks significantly worse the lower your native resolution is, 4k is pretty much the ideal scenario for it.

For me, there seemed to be something screwy with the default settings. I was on
DLSS: auto
Nvidia sharpness: 0
settings on high

and FPS was in the 30s

I changed to:
DLSS: Quality,
Nvidia sharpness: 1
settings on epic

because I wanted to see what the game looked like that way, and I kid you not I gained 20-30 FPS. It's still stuttery all over the place, but much better, and the settings are much higher/nicer looking.

Doesn't make sense if everything's working properly - it should obviously much be worse, so I guess changing/toggling things from the default must have fixed bad config or worked around a bug
