the arcade safe combo is easy to find, as it is on the board with the stickynote. the one in the chop shop is harder but I know it is hidden in a shadowy spot between a filing cabinet (I think) and a wall. look around on the lower level of the place. where is the third I cannot find it no matter how hard I look in the old place. please give me an exact location or at least an area to explore that is specific.

just found it, it is in the same room on the sink next to the toilet that is in the room. keep looking for these secrets guys, I will be too.
