Mouse Acceleration
The game has it and it can't be turned off. I tried editing ini settings, couldn't turn it off.

Want proof?

This is how to test if a game has broken mouse input (in any game):

Put your mouse on the far left of your mousepad. Look at a point in the game like a pole or mark on a wall, then slowly do a 360 in game, moving your mouse to the right until you get back to the same point. Your mouse will probably be halfway across your mousepad or something depending on your sensitivity. Now, very fast, slide your mouse back to the far left side of the mousepad where it started. If the game uses raw mouse input, then in game you will be pretty close to the point in-game that you were looking at initially.

In Robocop I get about 70% of the way back to the starting point. The game isn't handling mouse input properly and looks to be a pretty bad port in general.

I do not have mouse pad. Lower mouse sensitivity.

It's abhorrent and why in the world any one would want it in a shooter is beyond me. Trying to get a headshot and... woops.. just a centimeter too far in X direction. Try to correct.. woops.. in the other direction. Maddening.

Locate the GameUserSettings.ini file in the following directory: Users\***\AppData\Local\RoboCop\Saved\Config\Windows\
Add the line "bEnableMouseSmoothing=false" below "bMouseInvertY=False".

It might work
fyi Per, that totally DID work. thanks!
