Pre-order Blue Armor looks wrong?

I just dug up my movie disks, because store image for Robocop 2 Blue Armor bothered me.
And yeah, it doesn't look the way it should.

It's obvious that color is all wrong. He shouldn't be dark blue (or indigo or whatever this hue is called), it's supposed to be light blue with iridescent stains, kinda like gasoline splashed on asphalt.

It's important for me because Robocop 2 look is my favorite (as well as it's supposedly how it should have looked in the first movie, though don't quote me on that) and I want to have R2 look in the game (even if it's just cut-scenes and title screen), but not the indigo look, wherever it came from.

The PO art is weirdly purple.
The actual skin looks ok-ish
They def should tone done color intensity by 20-30%.

I missed that trailer completely.
It's marginally better there, but still way too blue, yeah.

Def not ''very close'' but good enough. There's a tad too much color, plus it should look less metalic and more glossy. It seems that they just recolored regular shader instead of creating a new one. You can tell because the black parts are the same for both, even tho they were very glossy in R2.
