which is hilarious since i play on high with a 2070 and get 55+ fps.
oh, btw... how about an upload of that ini of yours, because now we can just look at it and not use it, right!? i don't really use reshade, but i assume we need your ini.
If you wanted to try to replicate this, this is what i did...it was pretty easy tbh. The only thing I haven't tackled yet are the adjustments necessary for fire. That's going to take some time. Most the credit should go to the guy who created the original file, which I've linked here to the Nexus page.

I just made the following tweaks:
In game settings:
Everything maxxed and use DLAA. Adjust gamma accordingly for your display. For OLED's, you're going to want to bump this up. My samples here are at 100%. and I'm playing on professionally calibrated display. Also, you may want to fiddle with your tone mapping setting, depending on your display. Dynamic Tone Mapping seems to work best in most instances (especially if you're peak brightness is less then 1k nits), since I don't think this game was designed to support HGIG.
Reshade Settings: (check the following boxes)
CasFX, Curves, DPX, Levels
Again, these are just preliminary settings I literally just made. I haven't gotten into the weeds yet to deal with fire. I have a feeling that's going to take a lot of trial and error with other Reshade packages, which will require a new .ini file. It's not that big of a deal though in this game...the burning barrels aren't that frequent or in combat scenes enough to be a disruption.
The HDR reshade already blow up the white levels.. then you increased contrast further with curves.
That's exactly how reshade works with every game it's applied to. Some people like it, some don't. I know it's not perfect and is also oversharpened, but for anyone viewing this on an oled display with perfect blacks, there's a massive difference - especially with the gloomy colors this game uses in the environments. If you don't like the realism thing and prefer to stare the clouds and burning barrels, don't use reshade.
The HDR setting has to go, you're 100% right about that one.
For me, the game looked too clean, so I added film grain 2.0 and chromatic aberration. (the one from the game only applies on the borders of the screen and I want it on the entire image.)
My aim for this game was to make it look more like the movie.
