Pointless but funny

While I was playing I noticed a line of dialogue from one of the engineers when I finished an evaluation. Specifically the one after the prison break and the mission where Lewis gets back from the hospital.

One of the engineers says "First Antonowsky breaks out of prison, now the cops threaten to go on strike, what do we do if one of those dangerous criminals breaks out of one of those cells downstairs?" But there are no criminals in any of the cells, they are all empty.

Pointless, but would be funny if there was a line of dialogue to go with that, or a cat in one of the cells.
