Stuck at the arcade

I'm here at arcade where i have to open a safe but i can't decipher the clue cos i didn't level deduction, also for some reason i can't leave too. Am i just stuck here or what? how do i leave?

I did scan the kid but its still telling me to investigate the area

You have to look for some incriminating stuff if I recall correctly. Check some walkthrough on YouTube if you're still stuck.
