First of all, there are no cheats in the game. In the second just enjoy the game, it does not have things after skipping which you will regret.

Don't waste points on Deduction skills, which are basically in-game-cheats and useless if you have a functional brain and working eyes. The game is boring enough, there's no need to trivialize it by bypassing actual detective work.
