Bought this on gog, crashed and now crashing the same with steam version

I refunded this on gog because very soon into the game at the chop shop the game would crash. I made it to the ghost house with the steam version then it crashed...

Fresh install just bought it yesterday windows 11 23h2 RTX 4060 latest driver.

It just happened with me today too. Also yesterday the game crashed in the chop shop.

Some locations appear to be bugged, also some people has this bug when re-entering locations.

Please fix.
