Last patch it took about half a day for the patch notes to pop up.

im hoping somehow they fixed that save issue I have been having where I just log into the end game that happens in a loop. I just keep starting over at the final boss even if I beat them and start a NG++

Yeah FSR 3 Frame Generation feels very stuttery when looking around with the mouse (even though the FPS counter says the FPS isn't stuttering).

Tr3m0r i don't know if it will work for you, but i solved this way:

i noticed that the name of NGP save was a little bit strange (it was "Non si apre", in english is like to say "It can be loaded").
So i deleted that save, loaded again last level from beginning (all with internet connection disabled to avoid any sort of problem with steam cloud), and killed the boss.
The game created a new save with english name; i started New game plus with "There will be trouble" difficulty and BAAAM! it worked.
