NPCs so boring
You'd think they'd make it more immersive as in the movies everybody is in awe when the robo is encountered.

It's the 1980's, people were a lot harder to impress back then. Maybe a Piano Key Necktie DLC would help.

We must be from different 1980s. I never saw a piano neck tie being worn on anybody in real life until the 90s. In the 80s everybody I hung around with dressed in leather, fishnets, tight jeans slashed from the ankles to the pockets, tons of steal spiked wristbands, belts, dog collars, and fingerless leather gloves, puffy multi colored hair, typically on a nearly white bleached base, long black trench coats, old army boots, and a whole wide range of clothes we all made ourselves. if you were a goth or a punk back then you had to make almost all of your own clothes yourself. You couldn't buy that kind of stuff in stores until the 90s.

Also, people were easier to impress in the 80s not harder. Think about it, the shock rock, shock tv, the internet and adhd didn't exist until the 90s. After which people became completely unimpressed by everything. But back in the 80s, nearly everything was impressive lol. The 80s were a time of magic an wonder, the future was so bright you had to ware shades, and anything was possible.

That's entirely possible: the '80's were big. But the piano key necktie definitely was a major deal before the 1990's. Your background seems to be closer to Punk, mine was closer to the jejune stupidity of New Wave, which definitely had its share of bizarre suits and neckties.

Unfortunately, the origins of the piano key necktie are lost in time, especially thanks to Zoolander. I did find a couple of articles to back me up:

Of course, the clincher would be to show you a photograph of my own piano key necktie from the 1980's, but it's gone! Vanished! Like it never existed. But, I know it did. What else would I wear with my gunmetal double-breasted sharkskin blazer? My wife did use my gold lamé skinny tie to bolster her ficus tree, so there is that. I wear that tie and the tree crashes down, though.

I was flying Navy jets in combat and Top Gun was a hit movie.
Nothing on Steam will ever come close to that adventure / party.:steamhappy:

But you had to go outside, which is a deal breaker for most on Steam. :steammocking:
