You can probably afford to be more aggressive with the extra healing charges. And keeping in mind there's a skill disk before the ED209 portion, you may be able to pick up armor 2 and blitz the enemies at the elevators in that ED209 section and just start throwing them, or grab focus 2 and headshot enemies right quick.
Edit: It also sounds like you might be a little light on skill points - you can have up to 26 points going into the bank, though 10 of those would be tied up in Deduction. On the plus side, you definitely don't need that to clear the game even on Extreme.
Also, it's not like I can't go back and respec somewhat with the autosaves in the arrest spike chapter. Very little of the game is actually hard on Extreme. Because you can still always take your time. I didn't use a lot of the health items from the crates.
I just figured Vitality would be the most useful going forward and haven't needed slow motion anywhere.
I forgot about this challenge and didn't know that the OCP AI would change heavily on Extreme. Not that I've tested it, but it seems like making the OCP AI so good in this chapter makes these parts easier than on Normal in a sense, if you don't care about the challenge.
I'm sure I have more than 20, I just forget where else I spec'd as I'm not at my computer right now. I've been trying to complete all the challenges in all the chapters so far.
Neat, glad to hear you got through it!
