What's the best settings for Steam Deck?

Low Preset with reflections set to SSR, not Lumen, and you wanna enable upscaling. You can use FSR, TSR, or XeSS. I personally think that TSR or XeSS look better than FSR. I recommend "Balanced" preset, if you use Epic's TSR, it will display as a percentage slider, rather than Quality/Balanced/Performance. 60% is the same as "Balanced" mode.

It will look like ass in some parts of the game but this is really the only way to maintain 30fps and there will still be performance drops when you have a lot of enemies on screen, explosions with particles, alpha effects, smoke, etc. Unreal Engine 5 is just heavy. But it will run though, I played all the way to the quarry on my Steam Deck without any crashes. Unrelated to your question but my PC and Steam Deck are not syncing up via cloud saves.
