fyi, there are tons of them and pretty much all of them at least know that it is called either "New Game +" or "NG+". js...

I think people should be able to say positive things about a game without some dork who lives on forums complaining that it'd be said before. If tons of people are saying it, then it should be pinned on the forum and the devs should potentially consider it without the antagonistic sarcastic insulting remarks.

also, what argument is that even? there is a maximum that you can reach no matter how much time you put in, right!? we basically get all the same amount of skill points. what exactly do the skill points have to do with content? besides the minimum, you need to do investigations maybe. other than that there is nothing locked away. it's not like you get a special suit or weapon or so, or a new area opens up.

if you really just want to have all skills, then just cheat them in after your 1st playthrough, BAM NG+...

I never played it twice. I am waiting to start with the same stats to play twice. What cheat does this?

just google for "RoboCop cheats"? or trainer...
otherwise cheatengine, but that is kinda complicated if there are no cheats yet. since i don't care for them, i don't know.

that was also talked about already in several threads related to NG+... that's why it makes no sense for 100 of the same topic since some might already have all the answers. the search function is really good. i use it a lot if i want to know something about a game, and BEFORE i open a thread.
you can search for cheats in the forum too, but i guess they would just link to a website anyway.

oh, just remembered WeMod which is basically a cheat/trainer launcher for a lot of games.

Apart of the skills, there are also PCBs and chips. Not really a NG+ without them.
