EDIT: After looking online through a couple other forums I found an answer! Run the .exe in compatibility mode with windows 8. Worked for me.
for each case once i turned off dlss it worked fine.
I lowered all my Graphics Settings in the Menu to Low & somehow that got me through this segment. Raised everything up again once I regained control of Robocop & haven't had an issue since. Hope this helps.
go win setting / updates / advanced settings / allow other apps then win to update
