Attack on Courthouse Bugged?

I am doing the side mission "Attack on Courthouse" and it is asking me to get the access key and there is a marker to where it is found, but when I get there (Judge's court), there is nothing there. No key, no nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

I had same issue. There is a room on other side where you need to breach the wall. It’s downstairs to left of statue.

I had the same issue on my second run through the game, took me forever to finally find that breach part It worked on my first play through wasn't sure what was going on.

If the access card is not in that room it's in the other one. I guess it spawns in either one of them, but there's no quest marker for the other room.

So if it's not where it's supposed to be: go to the opposite courtroom.

One can be accessed from the second level up the stairs, the other can be breached into via wall in the restrooms.

yeah I had this issue - you need to follow a specific route/order to make sure the card spawns. Here goes: Start eh mission, kill all the goons in the main hall. Walk up the stairs and turn right. One of the smaller doors will open and more goons run out. Kill them, go in and you'll find yourself in the gallery of court room one. Drop down, clear the room and open the big doors out into the main hall. Head across the hall to the left side head into the bathrooms, breach the damaged wall and clear the goons in court room 2. Now the card will spawn. If you try to clear court room 2 first, it wont spawn.

It spawns, but in the opposite courtroom. The quest marker just points to the wrong location.

You have to go upstairs and enter through the open door, you will be on the balcony of the court. To the right there is a table making a ramp, you go through it and drop to the floor below. The card is on the table.

Did that, but the card wasn't there. Hence my question. I had to go into the bathroom to the left of the statue that someone else in this thread mentioned and break the wall and then grab the key. The marker for this needs to be fixed.
