Bad lag at certain part of the game
I just got to the part where youre fighting the bikers and the lag is just terrible. It was fine but 10 minutes into the level the fps was so slow and at like 10 fps.

That happened to me in the area with the snipers, about half way through the game suddenly became choppy with the FPS dropping to 15-20. It cleared up once I got past the area, but for that bit it felt like I was playing the game on a PS3.

Did it happen after a cutscene?

I have problems with vsync causing really low fps and stuttering. Turning it off and then back on a second later fixes it. But after some cutscenes the stuttering is back.

Not sure it is the solution for your problem, but maybe it helps.

The biker bit was also very bad for me, I think there is a bug specifically with that area. Rest of the game was fine for me.

I also noticed some outlier game instances and situations where the framerate tanks heavily using epic/maxed-out graphics settings. Only by lowering Shadows and Effects settings to Intermediate or low values eliminate these rare and temporary framerate drops. I think there is some load overhead in these situations. It's probably a matter of polishing and optimization in these areas or game events from the developers' side.

Same here. The epic settings are too hardware demanding. (especially in bigger firefights)

Yes, I agree. Once identified, the developers could make some tweaks to lighten or make these locations and gameplay situations less demanding when using epic settings or across setting values/presets. Perhaps smoke, particle decals, and fire/explosion effects are points to polish and optimize.
