I'd rather see that as an entire game instead of dlc. It's an idea that in my opinion deserves to be a complete game instead of dlc.
Maybe as a sequel for this game.

Then start a fundraiser to get one, other wise you're just wasting your time with all this talk cause it's not gonna happen again since 1993 seeing as Robocop and Terminator IP rigths are held by two different companies.

There was already a Robocop Terminator Crossover game made a long time ago, go look it up! But yea a modern FPS of something like that in this games style would be awesome.
