robo-CAIN is the greatest movie villain ever.

when I saw that thing as a kid I instantly became obsessed with gritty, brutal, industrial stlye war robots. Because of this thing, I became a mecha fan, a robotics fan, a stop motion animation fan, a cyberpunk style fan.

To see this thing in a video game, in awesome 3d graphics is awesome.

Any chance to get a dlc where you can play as it?

I wouldn't say greatest. Even Boddicker is better villain than Cain.

Robocain is one of the best Cyborgs/Robots ever put to screen. It's such an awesome model and all the little arms and doodads on it that they can puppet around are brilliant. Even getting a decent toy of it costs an arm and a leg.

make him able to climb elevator shafts and walls, have his shot gun, chain gun, battering ram, claw attack, welder tool, foot daggers

Could have the game take place as he is getting built, so the further on in the game you get the more abilities you have because more stuff has been built on.

Terminator Resistance had a mode where you hunt down resistance members as a T-800. I'm imagining it would be something similar to that.

That'd work. Robocop 2 Field Test DLC where you stomp around a map and it's basically a playground for you to try out all of his weapons and go for a high score.
