IT is so frustrating, itr is the only game that doesn't sync properly of all my steam games.
Why would there be an acknowledgement from the devs? Steam cloud saves is a Steam issue and has nothing to do with the devs.
Because it's a problem specific to their game. They certainly could at least acknowledge they're aware of the issue and are working on getting it resolved (either with their own title, their configuration on Steam, or directly with Valve) or say it's not a priority, with no intention to get it resolved. In any case, the store page lists "Steam Cloud" as a feature, and that feature doesn't work properly. So it's reasonable to expect that the product owner would address it in some way, I'd think.
And you're wilfully ignoring what i said - this is a Steam issue, nothing to do with the devs.
Did you actually think this was the only game affected by this issue? It's not.
Steam's own faq says this is a Steam issue.
