Cloud save not sharing between PC and steam deck.

As the title suggests. This game doesn't carry cloud saves from PC over the the deck. All my other games are syncing just fine.
I know this is new and doesn't have a steam deck compatible checkmark yet, but it runs really well other than the cloud saves.

I have a 1) Windows PC - 13900/4090 2) ASUS ROG ALLY Windows 11 3) Razer 14 Gaming Laptop, the steam saves do not sync on all three!

IT is so frustrating, itr is the only game that doesn't sync properly of all my steam games.

Same problem. Playing on rog ally won't sync to steam deck

Any updates on this? I installed on my Steam Deck and my file was about three hours behind where I am at on my desktop. Tried uninstalling from my Steam Deck and reinstalled and now the only option I have on Deck is to start a new game. Nothing I do syncs the save file. Luckily my desktop file is still letting me progress from where I am at in the game.

I have been playing this game on PC in several hours of gameplay. Before I switch to Steam deck, I back up save files. Once I switched to the steam deck, I started the game, and there were no saves files. Went back to PC, and yep, all of my saves are gone! I'm so glad I backed up the save files.

Why would there be an acknowledgement from the devs? Steam cloud saves is a Steam issue and has nothing to do with the devs.

Because it's a problem specific to their game. They certainly could at least acknowledge they're aware of the issue and are working on getting it resolved (either with their own title, their configuration on Steam, or directly with Valve) or say it's not a priority, with no intention to get it resolved. In any case, the store page lists "Steam Cloud" as a feature, and that feature doesn't work properly. So it's reasonable to expect that the product owner would address it in some way, I'd think.

And you're wilfully ignoring what i said - this is a Steam issue, nothing to do with the devs.

Did you actually think this was the only game affected by this issue? It's not.

Steam's own faq says this is a Steam issue.

Nope nothing. Just checked around and I can't even restore my 10 hour save because the SaveIndex.sav file is from the Deck version 5 minutes in without any entries from my actual PC playthrough. Guess I'm dropping this slop.
