the game treats it as you supporting him.
I do not matter, the Detroit Police Force does, Kuzak promised to better serve the police.
Never met him, and openly declared support for Kuzak
Just trying to figure out what went wrong with my rep.
I did pretty much every side mission, apart from one side mission with the courthouse.
Apparently there were armed robbers at it.
Yes. It might make no sense to you, but giving tickets tells you "you upheld the law", while the opposite tells you "served the public trust". So yeah, no ♥♥♥♥ you don't have enough public trust in the end. The only time I can remember where you serve the public trust by giving a ticket is when some douche knocks over a hobo's cart.
Cleaning yourself in a public water fountain.
Leaking oil on the street.
Smoking near a gas station.
These are all things degenerates do.
Any upstanding citizen would know this.
Right, but those that give you no choice don't count.
Mills leaves the city and calls it a sh*thole
Mills is for cyborg rights but hates Old Detroit. Kuzak is for Old Detroit but is kinda sketchy.
