Buy now or wait for a sale?

From what I've seen the reviews are pretty positive but the game has a few bugs. Is it something I should buy ASAP or just wait a year and pick up later?

That's completely up to you. However there are many bugs at the moment. Some of which are game breaking if you run into them, as I have.

So I will not be touching this game again until at least some of these are fixed..

I think I am right now in the middle of the game (9 hours in) and haven't run into any bugs or game crashes. As of right now I think the game was well worth it's price. I know there were issues with the saves made in the Demo but I restarted the Demo right before it was taken down and did not made too much progress so I when the game unlocked I restarted the campaign again and was playing from the start (which is good b/c enemies became bit tougher and smarter since demo).

Well in my first playthru I only found minor, non game breaking, buigs. However on my second playthru I got to a point and was stopped by a bug that prevented me from going any further. See my post;...

YMMV but for what it's worth, I'm enjoying the game with no bugs or crashes yet. Still in the beginning parts however. I say go for it. FOMO is a bisch. I wanted that power fantasy. Bought off cdkeys for $30. Worth it.

The Gamebreaking bugs yes, There are no quick saves so you load in a mission backwards and redo the area and you may notice it's solved then.

It will probably go on sale by next year, I couldn't wait, the game is great and very faithful to the source material
