Serve & Protect 1 - Stuck at 5/6

Wondering if this is a bug, but these are the ones I have found

- Graffiti Artist (Ticket)
- Homeless man drinking on sofa (Warning)
- Shop owner harrased by two thugs with a radio (Warning)
- Homeless man cart attacked (ticket)
- Man throwing fish into a river (warning)
- Parking Ticket - expired ticket (ticket)
- Parking ticket - parked infront of fire hydrant (Ticket)
- Parking ticket - leaking oil (ticket)

As you can see I have more than six but it's stuck on 5/6. I also did the murder, stolen vehicle and phone dealer side missions.

All seemed to have gone well except the graffiti artist whom I made an enemy of.

Same, this is getting ridiculous for a game that tracks percentages.

For me it seems somehow the oil reset so I did that again and it finally updated.
